As a free lance Personal Trainer you can make bookings with me at a time that suits you. I have private training facilities in Bridgend and Cowbridge but if you prefer I could come to train you in the comfort of your own home. As well as training indoors we could design your training plan to take place outside or at a leisure facility that you enjoy.
